Who we are
ThirdEye Creative Productions ("ThirdEye," "we," "us") produces corporate meetings and events. This policy explains what information we collect through www.teamthirdeye.com (the "site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry through the contact form, we collect the details you enter:
- Your name and work email (required)
- Your company (optional)
- Anything you tell us about the event you're planning (optional)
If you email us directly at info@teamthirdeye.com, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the site and its hosting provider receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you view. This is used to deliver and secure the site.
The site stores a few small items in your browser to make it work: a session identifier that lets the contact form submit securely, a timestamp that prevents duplicate inquiries, and a setting that remembers whether you have seen the opening animation. These are not used to track you across other websites.
We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on the site. If that changes, we will update this policy.
How we use your information
- To reply to your inquiry and discuss your event
- To prepare proposals and provide services you request from us
- To keep a record of our business conversations
- To protect the site and the contact form from spam and misuse
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.
Service providers we use
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the site:
- Wix.com hosts the site and stores contact form submissions on our behalf.
- Vimeo plays our highlight reel. The player is set to not track viewing sessions where Vimeo allows it.
- Google Fonts supplies the site's typeface.
These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy policies. Links to our LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok pages take you to those platforms, whose own policies apply.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond, work with you and maintain reasonable business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@teamthirdeye.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as those laws require. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you share, and the site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
